Or any other social bookmarking as it relates to blogs as opposed to lenses.

Do you only post your main site or do you make a point to post every single post you make in your blog? Since Technorati pings your blog, would you need to? I can see Digging every post (although I rarely remember to, but what about Stumble? Others? Just not sure what’s the best/correct way to approach these things.

    I don’t know about technoratie or Digg - but for stumble it’s very simple: spamming is measured by domain. Doesn’t matter if it’s squidoo, wordpress or your own domain.

    With the ones that are social (technorati isn’t is it?) you should only submit your best work. Stuff you feel has the potential to become really popular. This is certainly true for stumble - and with Digg too. If you want people to start following you, you can’t push everything. It becomes annoying.
