I have had more than 5,100 visits in the past week to my lenses. This has been a pretty steady number for a while, although I remember when I broke 3,000. The week after that was when Kung Fu Panda was released and everything went totally crazy for me. Within a short time, I had major traffic coming to that lens; I think my rolling total high was around 2,500.
Here’s the cool part. Traffic to KFP has dropped down to a more sustainable level, around 1,400-1,500. I’m sure it will drop more until time for the DVD to release. But while this lens has lost 1,000 visits, my total number has stayed the same or increased. Which means I’m picking up almost a thousand visits to other lenses now. Wow. I can see where numbers for Brendan Fraser and a few others have gone up dramatically, but mostly, it’s just lenses that have gone from 10 to 30 visits for a week. And new lenses getting good traffic. Loving it!

WOW Susan! That is nothing short of amazing.
With that type of traffic you would expect somebody to buy something.
Brendan Fraser has probably gained more traffic since he has a new movie coming out on Journey To The Center Of The Earth.
Up to a week ago I had 970 visits in total for a week, now it’s down to 800. Google traffic has dropped off dramatically, and also Stumbleupon. But I am working to get that back.
So nice to see things doing really well for you
Have a wonderful weekend.

That’s great!
(I must go learn that KFP dance still…)

Good luck, girl. I have tried and tried, but she just moves too fast for me in explaining it. I don’t care what she says, it’s not simple. At least not for those of us who haven’t been taking dance for several years.

Never mind moving too fast - I keep tripping over my own feet

We need to learn it though so we can impress everyone when we have a Giant Squid get-together. We can be the entertainment.
(Actually, we’d probably be just as entertaining if we never learn it.)

I broke through the magic 1000 visitors in a week fairly recently, but now I’m moving near the 2000 mark. Not as impressive as your feat - but still nice, especially combined with just becoming a giant

You’ll get there, girl! It took me 8 months and a bit of luck to get to the 3,000 mark. I’m just excited that my traffic is starting to be better dispersed among my lenses than just with the top two.
